Thyroid rogiyon ko apne khane ka pura dhyan rakhna chahiye, ki unhe kya aur kab khana hai.Khane ke alawa Daily Yoga aur exercise par bhi dhyan dena chahiye. Aaj is post me Thyroid kya hai iske lakshan aur isse theek karne ke desi nukhse kaun kaun se hai in sabhi ki jaankari aapko milegi.

Thyroid Ke Lakshan Kya Hai-Thyroid ke 2 types hote hai- hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism.

Hypothyroidism me bhookh nahi lagti, body me dard rahta hai, acidity ki problem hone lagti hai, Body me fat jama hone lagta hai, aalas aa jata hai aur kuchh kaam karne ka man bhi nahi karta hai. Hyperthyroidism me body weight loss hone lagta hai, baar bhookh lagna, body me susti hona aur body se paseena nikalta hai.

Thyroid me Kya Khana Chahiye

  1. Kisi bhi rog ko theek karne ke liye kuch cheejo ka parhej karna padta hai, chahe uska ilaj medicine se kar rahe hai ya kuch gharelu upchar se. Theek issi prakar se Thyroid ke ilaj me bhi kuchh cheejo ka parhej karna bahut jaroori hai.
  2. Thyroid rogiyon ke liye Dahi khane se fayda milta hai lekin Dahi me kam Vasa hona chahiye.
  3. Thyroid rogiyon ko aayodeen yukt bhojan karna chahiye.Aayodeen se Thyroid ke  hanikaarak tatwa nashth hote hai aur isse Thyroid rogiyo ko aaram milta hai. samundar ki fish and vegetables me Aayodeen ki jyada matra paayee jaati hai.
    Jyada Vitamin wale aahar khana chahiye jisme lahsun, pyaj ki matra jyada ho. Vitamin yukt bhojan se Thyroid control me rahta hai.
  4. Coconut oil best hai Thyroid mareejo ke liye, Coconut oil se sabji banakar Thyroid mareejo ko khilya jaye to Thyroid  se aaram milta hai.
  5. Thyroid mareejo ke jayada se jyada pani peena chahiye, ek din me 3-4 leter paani pee lena chahiye.
  6. Cow ka milk peena faydemand hota hai Thyroid mareejo ke liye.
  7. Nog veg khane wale logo ko Fish khana chahiye kyonki isme Aayodeen ki matra achchi rahti hai.
  8. Iron and Copper yukt bhojan karne se Thyroid control me rahta hai isliye kaaju, badaam and Surajmukhi khane me samil karen.

Thyroid Me Kya Na Khaye

  • Jyada masala yukt bh0jan nahi karna chahiye Thyroid ke mareejo ko.
  • Soya se bane bhojan ko avoide karna chahiye.
  • Tea, Coffee aur Fast Food se doori banakar rakhen.
  • Sharab, Bear aur Sigrate ko avode kare
  •  Thyroid mareejo ko white namak ki jagah black namak or sendha use karna chahiye.
  • Vegetables me patta gobhi and phool gobhi ko nahi khana chahiye.
